Support PIN Required for Indirect Support Channels

Dear Users

To Avail Support using Indirect Support Channels Like Email, Phone Numbers or Whatsapp other than Tickets, Please include your Support PIN with the Support Request to verify that you are the account holder.

 

To Create/Check Support PIN, Go to Support in Menu and Click on Support PIN.
