[RELEASE/2025/#02] Port 25 Access Policy Change

Dear Users,

Over the past 90 days, we have received multiple abuse reports related to email spam originating from our network. To maintain service quality and ensure compliance with anti-spam regulations, we are implementing a change to our default network policy.

Effective immediately, outbound access to Port 25 (SMTP) will be blocked by default.

If you require Port 25 access for legitimate email delivery, you may submit a request for review. Please include the following details in your request:

  1. Use Case: Specify whether your emails are Transactional or Marketing.

  2. Detailed Explanation: Describe in detail how emails will be used and how you ensure compliance with anti-spam best practices.

Requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, and approved users will have access restored accordingly.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we work to keep our network secure and abuse-free.
