CloudMate has 4 privileged client groups and one default group. The group details are as follows:
- Default: For clients billing up to Rs20000/Month, All standard billing and support features with the default package.
- TIER-1: For Clients as well as resellers(Unregistered or registered) billing from 20000Rs/month up to 50000Rs/month(667$/month). An Additional recurring discount of 5% on all products including Domains, All standard billing, and support features with the default package.
- TIER-2: For Companies/Firms from billing 50000Rs/month to 200000Rs/Month(2667$/month). An additional recurring discount of 10% on all products including Domains. Support response assured time to 30min.
- TIER-3: For Partnered Companies only, billables from 2Lakh/month to 10Lakh/month(13334$/month) and above. An additional recurring discount of 15% on all products including Domains. Support response time assured to 10minutes and dedicated account manager with no Termination or suspension of billables after the due date. On-demand billing is available.
- TIER-4: For Limited Partnered Companies and platforms only. An additional recurring discount of 20% on all products including Domains. Dedicated account manager assigned with instant support response time. No Suspension/termination after the due date with 100% uptime and failover guarantee. Separate invoices for all services.
All Clients are valuable to us and we do not intend to charge for support services in the future as other companies do.
